How to use a Pandora Battery
So your all excited you just received your Pandora battery and memory stick and are ready to install the custom firmware. You pop the battery in, switch it on, and nothing happens. What’s wrong? Don’t fear, outlined below are the simple steps to correctly using a Pandora Battery and Magic Memory Stick.
How to correctly use a Pandora Battery & install custom firmware.
1.) Make sure your PSP is not plugged in.
2.) Insert the Magic Memory Stick
3.) Insert the Pandora Battery and turn the unit on.
4.) You should see a black screen with options for installing the firmware.
5.) Press X to install 3.xx M33.
6.) Continue to follow all of the on-screen instructions.
7.) Once the custom firmware is done loading, press X to shutdown the PSP.
8.) You are now able to run Homebrew. When you initially run it, it will act as if it’s not going to work, just wait a few seconds and then it should run.
(NOTE: If using 5.00 firmware, you may have to hold the left/L1 trigger whole inserting and turning on your PSP)
How to use 2-in-1 Pandora Battery
1.) The 2-in-1 Pandora battery is installed exactly like the regular battery, except you hold the button on the battery until the light flashes. This means it’s in Pandora mode.
